Shipping + Handling

Handling

All orders require 4-6 weeks to create and are made by hand one at a time. Please reach out at any point for updates on your coat.

Shipping insurance will be provided on all orders. 

Each item is shipped with a garment bag with hanger that is also an ideal way to store your coat when not in use.

Domestic

All USA orders will be shipped either United States Postal Service or FedEx. Rates and delivery time will be determined by location.

If you are local to Portland, Oregon and would like to pick up your coat please contact me. mary@bespokewool.com

International

All international orders will be shipped FedEx. Rates and delivery time will be determined by location.

*No returns or refunds as each coat is specially made for you only. However, I am happy to alter or make any small modifications.
